Cincinnati No Gi BJJ – No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

The No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class follows the exact same format as the regular BJJ class taught in the Gi.

For those unfamiliar with No-Gi, it is BJJ without the Gi.

In principle you are still practicing the same art just without the uniform.

**It should be noted that we do have a dress code for No-Gi classes. A t-shirt and shorts without pockets and zippers are acceptable attire for class. Many members prefer to wear fight shorts and some sort of compression shirt. Leggings for men and women are allowed too. No jewerely or rings are allowed during any grappling classes.
